Name: Push Back Rack
Item No.: JRPBR2001
Descripition:
Jracking Push Back Rack adds capacity to a warehouse or distribution center by allowing pallet storage two, three, four and five deep. Pallets sit on four-wheeled carts that make the loads flow toward the aisle due to gravity.
A greater number of lanes within each system increase the frequency of rotation and utilization of space. Push-back Rack Concept Pallets are placed by forklift on nested carts riding on inclined rails. Each pallet is then pushed back by subsequent pallet loading, exposing the next cart. When removing product, the forklift takes out the front pallet, allowing the pallets on carts behind it to roll gently to the front of the rack. The nested carts make placement and retrieval easy.
-
Improved selectivity over Drive-In, which Push-Back often replaces.
-
Efficiency vs. Drive-In - trucks do not need to drive into rack loads come to them at the pick face.
-
Less rack. Truck and product damage vs. Drive-In- with no trucks driving inside rack.
