Product Details

The push back pallet rack is a high density storage solution that uses heavy-duty carts to form 2 to 6- pallets-deep configurations. The pallets are arranged so that when storing pallets the last one in is the first one out (LIFO). A push back rack system fills the storage cube with product, not aisles. Each independent flow lane provides clear access to pick facings, making multiple SKU storage easy and efficient.

Features

●Better use of warehouse space - up to 90% more product storage than selective rack systems

●Store a variety of SKUs on different levels or lanes for easy product access

●Interlocking carts help prevent dangerous jamming and costly product damage

●Increased selectivity - up to 400% more selectivity than drive-in racks

●High storage density coupled with selectivity for faster pick rates

Main Structure

Jracking push back rack system consists of pallet rack frame, beams, carts, rails, pallet stops and etc.

Advantages of drive in rack

When the average number of pallets per product (SKU) exceeds five, a push back system is easily justified. The higher the number, the deeper the lane is feasible (usually 3 lanes per product minimum).

Push back systems can be configured to attain up to 100% more pallets stored than standard pallet racking and equal or greater increases over poorly occupied drive-in and on floor bulk stack storage configurations.
